Hypnosis is a state of inward attention and focused concentration. When the mind is concentrated and focused, people are better able to tap into and utilize their inner resources,to make personal changes. Have you ever driven somewhere and reach your destination and say how the heck did I get here? I must have been day dreaming, you were actually in a trance-like state. This much focused states of attention is in fact, everyday experiences of what is called hypnosis.
Clinical hypnosis is different only to the extent that you will be experiencing it with the guidance of your Hypnotherapist, rather than spontaneously.
Each client and issue is unique, and some clients have more than one issue to address. Most clients tend to see results in two - six sessions.

Reiki (ray - key), which means “Universal Energy”, is an ancient Japanese healing art of laying-on-of-hands. Reiki sessions are gentle and relaxing however the effects can be powerful. This modality helps to release feelings of stress, depression, and anxiety, while creating peace and balance for the body, mind, and spirit. It is often used for chronic ailments, illness and helps with the healing process. Reiki is now being offered in many hospitals.
During your session, you remain fully clothed and lay on a comfortable treatment table. Your practitioner will place his/her hands gently on your body in a series of positions from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. You will receive Reiki energy through light touch. While receiving Reiki energy, you may feel warmth, pulsing, or tingling from the practitioner’s hands.You may also visualize colors, experience a sensation of floating, or feel a deepened relaxation.
Reiki and Hypnotherapy
The blend of Hypnotherapy and Reiki create a healing method allowing you to reach a deeper state of relaxation. During a Hypno-Reiki session you and the therapist work as a team and discuss what positive changes or releases you wish to achieve through the use of hypnosis. Once the goal is determined, you are led into a heightened state of relaxation with the use of Reiki and guided imagery.
